Gwadar District (Urdu: ضلع گوادر) is a coastal district in Balochistan province of Pakistan. Gwadar city is the district headquarters of Gwadar District.

Gwadar District is subdivided into the following tehsils or subdistricts:
Gwadar District has a 600 km-long coastline along the Arabian Sea. It consists mostly of barren land and hills, with the exception of the Dasht River, which passes through Gwadar District on its way to the Arabian Sea from Mirani Dam in Kech District north of Gwadar District.
According to the 1998 census, the population of Gwadar District was 178,989[1] of whom 93% were Muslim with a small minority of Hindus. The population was estimated to be over 250,000 in 2005. The major Baloch tribes of the district are Kalmati, Raees, Zeno Zai, Poz Hoth and Shehzada.
